Engaging EDI in Organizations- A Strategic Roadmap

Are you a leader or change-maker seeking a strategic roadmap to Engaging Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in Organizations?

The lack of a culture of inclusion and belonging can have significant negative effects on an organization and its workforce, including declining creativity, lack of innovation, and weak outcomes.

Do the leaders, managers, and employees of your organization represent the constituencies you serve? Is your organization struggling to create an inclusive workplace culture that values different perspectives, ideas, and approaches?

This half-day, blended training supports leaders and change-makers to increase creativity and innovation, enhance employee engagement, and improve service to clients through the creation of a strategic roadmap that builds belonging, equity, and inclusion.

  • Effective practices in diversity and inclusion organizational change
  • Toolkits and critical success factors for EDI
  • Approaches for measuring EDI initiatives

You will draft an EDI strategy unique to your organization and get feedback when we meet online.

This interactive, blended course allows you the freedom of self-paced learning with the enriched experience of synchronous online engagement with a cohort of peers.

Facilitators, Corrie Melanson and Shannon Gumbs will support you in the creation of a strategic roadmap for organizational change that builds belonging, equity, and inclusion.
