About this WORKSHOP
In this free, one-hour interactive workshop we’ll explore an inclusion continuum together, as well as introduce an easy-to-employ allyship model that we will practice during the session. Our goals for this workshop are simple: to help you be the best ally you can be, so you, your team, and those around you can become more comfortable, confident, and collaborative together regardless of privilege or minority status.
Who this workshop is FOR:
Anyone who is interested in understanding why allyship and inclusion are important for the future of business, the workplace, and the global community.
Leaders of diverse teams who are trying to increase communication, collaboration, and inclusion.
Professionals and other people who are looking for a way to connect with and further understand diverse voices and perspectives.
Who this workshop is NOT FOR:
Anyone looking to “get credit” for their allyship work, without making real differences.
People who are not ready to examine their own biases and privilege, or enact change.

- A tool to shift from being aware of allyship cues to using your influence to create change.
- Allyship models to apply in your personal and professional life.
- Workplace scenarios to practice proactive and reactive allyship.
- Open discussion about allyship in a safe and understanding space.
- Interactive conversations and activities, presented in a respectful environment.
