ACE Awards: Celebrating Inclusive Employers This October in Halifax!
Join us for the first ACE Awards Night, a celebration of people and organizations leading the way in accessibility, innovation, and equity across Nova Scotia.
Through the Accessibility Confident Employers (ACE) Project, we work with employers to build skills for recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing people with disabilities. Along the way, we’ve seen inspiring examples of people putting learning into practice, managers driving culture change, and organizations embedding accessibility into their systems.
This special evening shines a light on inspiring stories. It’s a celebration of progress, innovation, and leadership at every level, and a reminder of what’s possible when accessibility is at the heart of our workplaces.

Honors a nonprofit driving accessibility through its culture, operations, and community impact.
Private Sector Accessibility Leadership Award
Celebrates a business showing how accessibility drives inclusivity, innovation, and success.
Trailblazer Award
Recognizes bold action and innovation in breaking new ground for accessibility and inclusion.
